description: The batch treatment plant was overhauled in 2017 and was only about in use for 2 years in transition to a larger plant to treat waste water from the production of printing inks.
In this batch treatment plant, process steps and parameters can be programmed in the modern PLC (not S 5).
A variation of the dosing chemicals can be used to implement just about any chemical-physical treatment from groundwater to process waste water and landfill seepage water, from simple neutralization to heavy metal or sulfide precipitation.
The system consists of:
- Submersible pump (in the inlet shaft) HOMA CH432-1,6 / D stainless steel for chem. aggressive dirty water 1.6 kW
- Ultrasonic level measurement E + H (in the inlet shaft) with local display on the pillar with protective roof
- Charging tank 1,210 l PP with multi-rod level detector E + H, closed with plug-in cover plate, pH control, circulation / discharge pump Speck BC 40/16
- 625 l PP poly preparation station with Geppert geared agitator 0.37 kW
- 4 dosing pumps Prominent for defoamers, acids, alkalis and flocculants
- buffer tank 680 l PP closed with plug-in cover plate, multi-rod level detector and circulation / discharge pump Speck BC 40/16
- Inlet control valve band filter with IDM
- Belt filter frame with widened fleece guide 700 mm stainless steel, sludge scraping plow and overhead belt discharge empty fleece to the collection container
- Filtrate charge with sump pump and float control
- Bag filter
- Final control container with pH measurement and sump pump with float control
- Upgraded system control cabinet for automatic operation with Siemens PLC S 7-200 and multi-channel screen recorder PCE-KD5 with data logger, USB connection and RS485 / Ethernet interface.
