The system consists of:
Raw water supply, pre-filtration, ultrafiltration, backwashing and chemically assisted backwashing, dosing stations, compressed air system, measuring and control devices, control and piping.

The raw water supply is automatically controlled by the flow meter in the inlet for ultrafiltration. The loading is done either by an on-site submersible pump or by the installed feeding pump.
The pre-filtration takes place via a self-cleaning filter with automatic control.
The ultrafiltration group can either be operated as a single-line system with 6 UF modules or as a two-line system with 12 UF modules.
There is the option of connecting a further 12 UF modules in series in an expansion container (optional).
The filtrate from the ultrafiltration is stored in a filtrate container. The filtrate container is equipped with a ventilation filter to prevent contamination from the ambient air.
Backwashing using a frequency-controlled backwashing pump is either time-controlled, when a maximum permissible transmembrane pressure is reached (or minimum flux), or is triggered manually.
If required - either program-controlled or triggered manually - a chemically supported backwash is carried out. When the chemically assisted backwash is triggered, the corresponding chemicals are metered in from the respective dosing station. When cleaning with acid, sodium hydroxide is metered into the outlet of the neutralization system.
It is possible to use a separate neutralization tank (optional) for neutralization.
The dosing stations are housed in a separate container (acid for CEB, lye for CEB, NaOCl for CEB, flocculant).

Dosing station NaOCl for CEB - Delivery rate: 30 l / h, pressure: max. 4 bar, content: 200 l
Dosing station flocculant - Delivery rate: 30 l / h, pressure: max. 4 bar, content: 100 l
In the compressed air system, compressed air is produced for control air of the pneumatically driven fittings and for the membrane integrity test. The compressed air system runs on / off independently through the internally installed pressure switch.
The system is designed for automatic operation so that it can be operated on site without permanent monitoring of the operating personnel.
A remote maintenance / remote monitoring module is integrated in the control.
It is possible to use a wastewater and neutralization station (optional). This station includes a backwash tank and the neutralization tank necessary for neutralization. Both containers are installed in a 20 feet container.
