description: 3-chamber polymer preparation station Ultromat ATF 1000 The Ultromat ATF is an automatic polyelectrolyte preparation system. This system can be used to prepare powder polymers and liquid polymers. Concentrations from 0.05 to 1.0 % can be set via the control system. By switching the Ultromat to liquid mode via the key switch in the control cabinet door, the powder dosing unit is switched off and the concentrate pump is activated. The agitator shafts and propellers of the agitators as well as the conveyor unit of the powder dosing unit are made entirely of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The fill level in the third chamber is monitored by a fill level sensor. The dosing unit is equipped with idle indicators.
